It was before the birth of Isaac that we’ve taken some of our own family photos, so we thought it was about time to give ourselves a bit of an update. This time we wanted to do something a little different and document a typical Saturday (when we’re not shooting weddings). When our kids are older we don’t want to forget that every Saturday we had pancakes for breakfast after collecting fresh eggs in the morning, that it takes 10 minutes to get Isaac dressed and ready because of his ninja abilities, the many emotions that one little girl can display in one day. It’s too easy to go about your day-to-day lives without stoping and being thankful for each other. Of course no day is perfect, specially with strong willed little children, although no matter how headstrong the kids have been, no matter what obstacles and valley’s you’re going through – we all need to stop and pause and be thankful for each other. We thank God for our little family.
