Airbnb Kangaroo Valley Elopement

Party of two in a treehouse

Erin and Hannes eloped in this stunning Airbnb cottage called “The Tree House” which had a real sense of seclusion whilst still in the heart of the Kangaroo Valley township.

Erin and Hannes had a slow and relaxed morning before their celebrant Rosemary Johnson came to marry them shortly after.

As I captured Erin and Hannes exchanging their vows in the serene and picturesque deck of ‘The Tree House’, I couldn’t help but be swept away by the overwhelming romance of the moment. Surrounded by the stunning Aussie bush and the gentle trickle of a nearby stream, with only their celebrant and two others to bear witness to their love. Erin was radiant in a simple white Karen Willis Holmes dress that seemed to glow against the green backdrop, while Hannes was dressed in the perfect summer attire.

Their vows were simple and heartfelt, and as they exchanged rings, there wasn’t a dry eye in the house (or, well, the bush). As they sealed their commitment with a kiss, I couldn’t help but feel privileged to have been there to capture this intimate moment. We then wandered down to the backyard which was a stunning backdrop of the bush and then Erin and Hannes cooled down in their outdoor bathtub on the deck of the Airbnb. I was truly honoured to have played a small part in their beautiful love story.
The following images will give you a visual of the story.

Enjoy.
